I absolutely adore my home away from home and hope you do too! The private/personal pool is the best in the summer. Cozying up to the fire is a must for the winter! It is close to all the entertaining things Phoenix has to offer. Since it is in the middle of the city you are never too far from where you need to be! Some notes from other inquiries: - Although it is a duplex, you have your own yard and your own PERSONAL pool (not shared within the duplex) - There is parking in front of the home and on the streets -THIS IS NOT FURNISHED; all photos are staged by myself or previous tenants - Location = Coronado Historic District (Zip: 85007) - Full Kitchen - Shower and bathroom on top floor; half bath downstairs - Utilities NOT included - Pool maintenance for the private/personal lap pool is NOT INCLUDED in rent. - Dogs allowed but require an extra fee and deposit -THIS IS NOT FURNISHED; all photos are staged by myself or previous tenants
