The Sunset home is located in the quiet neighborhood of Fry's Spring. Perched on a hill, it offers a private back deck and a lovely front view. Guests may enjoy the amenities and comforts of home. 0.3 miles from city bus stop, 1 mile from Scott Stadium, 2 miles from UVA Grounds. The home itself feels very private due to the hillside nature of it. The back deck is nice for relaxing and the front deck provides a pretty sunset view. The home has everything you need including a designated office with a nice desk for working and studying. I offer flexible rental duration options! There is space for one car in the driveway. I am flexible about rent duration, but prefer monthly. Longer leases are negotiable. WiFi included. Guests must go up a set of stairs to enter the home. There are two queen bedrooms and an office on the main floor and laundry in the unfinished basement with plenty of room to store bikes, etc... No smoking on the property. Guests responsible to pay for a $200 cleaning fee at the end of the rental term.
