Home is 23.6 x 39.6. 3 levels. Set up to be 4 bed, 3 bath. The house is unfinished, and we are currently living in basement. I would say home is 85% done, contractors are on site finishing. Home has the dual pane windows with argon gas in between, 2019 4 ton heat pump, steam shower (needs assembly). Large wood furnace in basement for supplemental heat. Also electric stove and wood cook stove in kitchen on 2nd floor. Garage I believe is 30x40. There is a 14x30 rv shed on property, and a couple of other sheds. There is also a king kong series playset in back of house. Little over 16 acres. Property is unrestricted and is fed by spring water, but there is a 30 ft road right away if you ever wanted city water. Large stream, and creek runs through property. This property is private with no neighbors in sight. But with that privacy comes a gravel road, that is steep. Its never bothered myself or wife, but just want to let you know about it. This property is in the holler! You will hear banjo picking as you come down the drive. There is 4 large tanks on property. One is 3000 gallon and is water storage for garage. Another is 6000 gallon and is storage for house. Another is 2500 gallon metal tank up in a holler and it was to be used for biodiesel. Another is 1000 gallon tank and it was used for water storage for garden. Home is about 15 min from walmart in columbia, or 15 min from square in edmonton ky.
