I am looking for two female roommates. The apartment is fully furnished with a twin sized bed a dresser and desk in each bedroom as well as a California closet.. The kitchen is a full kitchen. It is spacious and opens to the living room which is also furnished with a leather couch, two chairs, a 42 inch flat screen TV, end tables and a coffee table. Each bathroom has a shower and two vanity sinks in each. The place is beautiful and newly built!There is a large party room that is open for anyone to use for parties or group gatherings. Its also quiet during school days so its a good place to go to study or get work done. There is indoor heated parking as well as outdoor parking. The heated is very convenient for the cold winters. It is right across the street from campus. It takes about 5 minutes to get to class!Wifi, water, cable, trash, and laundry included.
