A Quick Update: Since the move-out of our prior tenants, I have been busy undertaking multiple routine maintenance projects at the home. To name just a few, we tore off two layers of old shingles and installed a new roof, we replaced and/or painted all exterior trim, we demolished two-thirds of our beloved back redwood deck (which after many great years finally succumbed to the elements), we cleaned and refinished the front deck and the remaining portion of the back deck, and we replaced the comprised portion of the back deck with a stamped concrete patio! Please note, I have uploaded new photographs of the outdoor living space in our incredibly private and serene back yard. I still plan to complete my work at the home and have it ready for our next tenant by August 1. My intention is still to review all submitted applications and choose our next tenant (based on Strength of Application) by the end of this coming weekend.
