Camp sleeps 6, views of the lake from kitchen and family room, 1 full bath, woodstove for winter, water does get shut off Columbus day weekend as this is a 3 season camp and needs to be winterized, but can be used in the winter if you like to snowmobile, icefish, etc., full use of all amenities includes boat docking, nice sandy beach, kayaking ,hiking, campfires. Also, other beautiful lakes in the area to enjoy and the town of Speculator is 10 mins away. Great place to be with family and friends, enjoying the Adirondacks. Camp sits on leased lot you buy the camp and lease the lot. Lot rent is $2400 a year with a 1 time security deposit of $1000. 500 dollar transfer fee.
