Split Foyer house lower level is mostly underground except at garage entrance. Every sq foot is finished except for the garage. Deck was built in 2003. All windows replaced in 2003 with double pane windows with a 50 year warranty. Add Cat5e network connections in most rooms. In 2006, the roof was replaced with metal replacing shingles. Also removed carpet from stair well and replaced with Oak treads. Ceramic tile put in bathrooms and hallway downstairs. Replaced lighting in family room. Vanity and commode replaced in 1/2 bath. Commode replaced in main bath. Medicine cabinet, vanity light, and heater/exhaust fan replace in main bath. In 2008, hardwood put in living room and hallway on main level and foyer. Added ceramic tile in closet off the family room. Replaced ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms. Heat pump was replaced. In 2013 - 2014, replaced countertop with new laminate countertops in kitchen. built out the header over cabinet to add lighting around the counter area of kitchen. Remove center light and placed a chandelier over the table in kitchen. Add ceramic tile in flooring of kitchen as well as to the bottom of the upper cabinets. Vanity replaced in main bathroom. Added recessed lighting in the main bathroom. In 2017, put in hardwood for flooring in bedrooms. remodeled the closet of master bedroom to make it larger and a walk-in closet. Added free standing fireplace that runs on propane. In 2020, built in garage door and began converting garage into living. Not completed yet.
