    Hello, Renting out my loft bed, 1 BA Studio near Downtown, UofA and Pima Downtown. Cute little studio with a great yard and private carport. Has a private front yard and shared large backyard with 1 other tenant in Unit A. Outdoor shower and shared laundry in the yard. Includes one carport parking spot, street parking always available. Additional people staying more than 10 nights per month will be an additional $150/mo. and a total of 3/4 of the electric bill. 1 year lease automatically becomes monthly after 1 year. Have the place just as clean as it was when you moved in. I have cleaners that cleaned it before you moved in that can help with this. Yard maintenance is your responsibility. Trim, clean and water as needed. I charge $55/hour plus materials to clean and to make repairs (drywall patches, paint, broken stuff, yard work ) The space must be kept tidy. Storage on property is not allowed and is a fire hazard. Satellite dish's are not allowed. Do not access the roof. Your spare key lock box code is __________ do not change this code.
