Vinyl siding that needs pressure washing, tin roof, ceiling leak over shower stall off the 1 bedroom, facia and sophet all need replacing due to wood rotten, some walls in the home need repairs and repainted due to termite damage, and an AC unit and duct work needs installing. My Dad died 4 years ago and my mother died January 2018. I am executor and have been paying house insurance all utilities for house. When possible Lawn and yardwork is done and now will be taken care of fulltime. I want to buy out my brother's share of house and need a better true/as is zestament.
