WiFi is more than adequate for streaming. There is no key as a code is provided (can be individualized). All utilities are paid. There is original artwork on all the walls. There is a private deck and BBQ area in the front yard. There is an EV port in the patio. The Blue House on Thomas Corner is fully furnished, and all utilities are paid including fiber optic. This house is most appropriate for a couple or three singles. There is ample free on street parking. The lease can be from 3 to 24 months (we can discuss terms). There is a separate mother-in-law apartment in the basement and it is not included.
