Each prospective resident over 18 years of age, wishing to reside on the property, must complete their own application and pay $55.00 screening fee. Must be able to pay security deposit upon approval of prospective applicants' submission or application groups submissions. Rent must be paid, and funds are verified prior to the exchange of keys and possession. Applicants must be able to provide proof of verifiable income.
