New townhome that was recently constructed. It is a 4 bedroom 3 bath with a 2 car garage. I have one bedroom downstairs left to rent out. It is currently unfurnished but I do have a decent queen bedroom set (bed, night stand, double stack dresser, mirror) that can be placed in the room if you want it. There is a bathroom right beside the room that will essentially be yours. The only time it is used not by the guy in the room right now is if someone has a friend over and they are hanging out in the living room. All utilities included in the rent. Pool and clubhouse. The pictures are stock photos of the model home but are representative of the layout and spaces of the house. All of the common areas will be/have been fully furnished by me. No pets and no smoking. If you have any questions about anything, contact me and I will gladly answer them. I'm 25 and a recent college graduate. I am flexible with the length of a lease but I would prefer a minimum of 3 months. Also note that I am only asking for an $800 deposit instead of the standard 2 months rent. I had to set an available date for touring but if you are interested just message me and we can find something that works for both of us. My only stipulations are no pets, no couples, and no smoking/drugs

There are 3 of us right now. We are all very laid back and easy to get along with. We all have day and/or weekend jobs. We hang out and get along great when we are all home. All super friendly and very easy to get along with and talk to.
