Very nice 3 bedroom ranch on 1.18 acres. This home has been very well maintained. The kitchen appliances convey and all are approximately 3 years old. The washer and dryer are approximately 5 years old but are in good condition. Most of the back yard is fenced although the property goes back beyond the fenced in portion.
