Garbage and rubbish shall be disposed of in containers designated for the purpose. Large boxes and containers shall be broken down so as to not consume too much space in the garbage containers. No clothing, curtains or other items shall be hung out of windows. 3. Chores. Tenant will help clean common areas to include, but not limited to, the kitchen, living area and laundry area. Light cleaning by all members living in the home will be done weekly on Sunday by 6 pm to include, but not limited to, picking up trash, sweeping floors, and vacuuming. Heavy cleaning will be done monthly to include, but not limited to, cleaning flat surfaces (mirrors, countertops, tables, etc.), cleaning toilets & tubs, vacuuming, and dusting (unless taken care of by the Landlord). 4. Guests. Tenant is allowed up to three guests and one overnight guest. Tenant shall refrain, and ensure their guests and invitees refrain, from any conduct which a reasonable person would deem likely to disturb other residents, while in the rental unit itself, or the common areas and parking facilities. A guest remaining overnight on the premises more than 3 consecutive days shall be conclusively deemed an unapproved subtenant under the rental agreement. Exceptions will be made at the Landlord's discretion. 5. Shoes. Tenant will not wear shoes on any carpeted areas in the house with the exception of extraordinary circumstances which include, but not limited to the following: moving heavy objects in and out of house, emergency evacuation, and to accommodate legitimate injuries/needs. 6. Parking. Tenants may only park their personal vehicles in the designated parking area. Tenants are not allowed to have friends park their vehicles when not actively visiting the residence. Landlord assumes no responsibility to the loss of or damage to any vehicle parked in the driveway or on the street other than to the loss of or damage caused by the Landlord's negligence. Parking spaces may not be used for storage.
