Only lookin for 1 person. No couples. This is a private room with a shared bathroom with 1 other female in a 4 bedroom home. The home is in a nice, safe neighborhood in Northwest Santa Rosa called Woodbridge. I live here (37 year old female) and my 18 year old daughter (great kid!) is here half the time, but is leaving for college soon. I also rent a room to another woman. We have a great seating area in the backyard with an umbrella, heaters and fire pit. The kitchen is very spacious and includes appliances such as: microwave, oven, toaster, juicer, electrical teapot, blender, pots, pans, cups, utensils, plates, etc. The bathroom is fully cleaned with new paint. Laundry room is upstairs and there is street parking. We have an old german shepherd and a cat. I'm open to having a roommate with a pet. Our hobbies include traveling, jogging, bicycling, yoga, cooking, going to live music shows & living a positive lifestyle. Rent will be $1299 a $500 deposit. All utilities and wifi are included. I'm open to different durations. 1 month minimum.
