City of Ames code only allows for 1 person to live in a bedroom at this building. We cannot have 2 or more people living inside 1 bedroom. The building has been freshly repainted throughout the hallways, kitchens, and bathrooms. A refrigerator is provided in each bedroom so you can have your own food storage. All utilities are included, as well as 1 gig internet. You will need to provide a wifi router, if desired. Cable is not included. Keep life simple and live right across from campus!
