Private room with a large window, queen size bed, desk and it has its own closet. The share spaces are fully furnished and can be used. The apartment has washing machine and dryer, it's 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom in 2nd floor, the shared area is spacious and has a lot of natural light. We have a cat. Lease will start for 3 months and then we can agree on more time. No smoking allowed inside the apartment, no loud music after 11pm. We have a cleaning schedule for the common areas that is shared and very easy to follow.
