"NO SMOKING/PETS" are allowed. The Madeira Beach is white sandy beach where you can take in amazing sunsets over the blue clear water with gentle waves. Royal Rexhost Resort is located within the walking distance of Madeira Beach, it is very relaxing and nature friendly. You can also enjoy amazing Open Musical Entertainments, Night Parties, Shopping Centers, Hotels, Bars, Cruises, Water sports and other adventure activities. We are offering short-term and long-term rentals of "One Bedroom" for four people (adults, children, babies, and infants). Children under 3 and infants don't count toward the number of guests. Our vacation rental at Madeira Beach puts you near John's Pass entertainment area, plus 2.5 miles of white sand on the Gulf shoreline. You can sunbathe, swim, fish, and enjoy all kinds of water sports. The Tampa- St. Petersburg- Clearwater metro area, aquariums, theme parks, museums, and malls are all within a reasonable distance. Simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink. Our nearest beaches are St. Pete Beach and Indian Rocks beach, the driving distance is 7 miles and it takes approximately 12 min to drive. From the bay of your Royal RexHost, you can see the Police Station, Fire Station, City Hall, and Play Grounds (3). We are offering short-term (7 days) and long-term (6 -12 Months) rentals of "One Bedroom" for 4 people (adults, children, babies, and infants). We will consider less than 7 days additional charges $100 will apply to the subtotal. Children under 3 and infants don't count toward the number of guests. We offer self-check-in and self-check-out using the keypad after 4:00 PM and before 11:00 AM respectively. Arrivals prior to 4:00 PM may result in a delay in occupying. Every effort will be made to guarantee 4 p.m. check in, however, it is possible that the unit may not be available by 4:00 p.m. Reservations for this resort can be made between 11 PM and 8 AM. The minimum age to book this resort is 25 years old. Please check our Availability Booking Calendars before you make a booking. We require a 10 day minimum from the current date for the next Guest Check-In. During this time period, you can submit your Pre-registration Application form along with your Photo ID. No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation; if the Contracting Guest or the Entrepreneurs will not be occupying the rented property then at least one guest must be 25 years old or older and must be an occupant of rented property for the duration of the rental period and must ensure compliance with the occupancy terms. During the period of rental agreement, all parties must sign in our agreement. Late checkout must be approved by Rexhost management. Approval by the management for the late check-out will only be granted if no one is checking into the unit on your departure date. Charge for late checkout is normally a 1/2 days rental plus taxes. Our gated resort unit and its amenity areas (swimming pools, conference hall, Gardens, Library, billiards etc) are under the control / surveillance of our community clubhouse office named "Madeira Beach Yacht Club" ( MBYCC)". Royal Rexhost Resort will submit all of our incoming guest details to our MBYCC office. You can have your gate pass from the MBYCC office, they will provide all your questions answers. No one (family members, employees, agents, visitors, or any other licensees) shall cause or permit to cause any unusual noises, foul/noxious odor, or any kind of activity that would disrupt occupants of the MBYCC. No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation; if the Contracting Guest or the Entrepreneurs will not be occupying the rented property then at least one guest must be 25 years old or older and must be an occupant of rented property for the duration of the rental period and must ensure compliance with the occupancy terms.
