Good size backyard for play and fun. Walking Distance to BART, new Sprouts, Starbucks, and Safeway. Will provide blender, coffe maker (nespresso, mr coffee), kitchen utnesils, ironing board, Iron. I also have table for the breakfast area. Currently dining table, family room furniture, upstairs futon with TV and coffee table. I also have office furniture for one of the bedrooms, also have a black and white duplex printer, harmon miller ergonomic chair as well. Currently internet is at 300MBPS but can upgrade upto 2.5Gbps. The TV downstairs is 65" 4k and upstairs is also 65" HD TV. We have lot of furniture and house hold items in strorage whatever is needed we can bring it back. (I will add photos and 3D tour shortly) Utilities extra in addition to the rent. Landlord will provide exact Water, PG&E (gas electric), and internet bills. Lawn care is included in the rent.
