There is some lockable shared garage storage space available in a one car garage: parking is on the street with a permit that I pay for in front of the building with no off-street parking and no garage. Water, trash, and gardening are paid by the landlord: all other utilities are paid by the resident. A very quiet dog could work but requires good pet references from your prior landlord. The successful applicant will have: Joint combined income at least 2.5 times the rent or more. Verifiable employment / income with paycheck stubs, or tax returns, reasonable credit score, verifiable good rental history, quiet lifestyle. I am looking for a LONG TERM residence 1 year or more, this is not a short-term rental. Normal move-in cost would include first months rent plus deposit of $2395.
