    This beautiful Beach Cottage is located one building away from the Calafia State Beach Park in desirable South West San Clemente. It is located in the finest San Clemente rental neighborhood on "The Loop". This ground floor with no one above very private Cottage features: New Milgard Windows, a French door opening on to your own private patio with small fenced yard area, refrigerator, oak flooring, shower and large closet with storage area above. There is a panoramic ocean view from the one building away public park. The Beach access trail to the Calafia State Beach is just one building away. There is some lockable shared garage storage space available in a one car garage: parking is on the street with a permit that I pay for in front of the building with no off-street parking and no garage. Water, trash, and gardening are paid by the landlord: all other utilities are paid by the resident. A very quiet dog could work but requires good pet references from your prior landlord. The successful applicant will have: Joint combined income at least 2.5 times the rent or more. Verifiable employment / income with paycheck stubs, or tax returns, reasonable credit score, verifiable good rental history, quiet lifestyle. I am looking for a LONG TERM residence 1 year or more, this is not a short-term rental. Normal move-in cost would include first months rent plus deposit of $2395.
