This property includes an in-unit washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Parking accommodations include a one car garage and a reserved covered parking space. Master bedroom has access to the patio and includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Living room has a great view of the golf course and gets plenty of morning sun. Kitchen has granite countertops with plenty of storage for groceries and a large stainless steel sink with garbage disposal. I'm looking for a respectful and clean long term tenant who is reliable and communicative. Lease term is twelve months, first and last month's rent due at signing and five thousand dollar refundable deposit. Willing to negotiate terms and monthly rent :) Renter is responsible for gas, water, electricity and internet/cable. Owner covers trash disposal.
