All of the furniture is brand new along with a new mattress and linens. Wall mounted tv with Roku stick. Ceiling mounted fan as well. Full access to kitchen and other common areas. No smoking allowed inside. Overnight guest are permitted at a maximum of two nights per week. Small dog is welcome as long as he/she is friendly with the current dogs and potty trained. No subleasing allowed. Parking available on driveway or street. Month to month lease only. If you are a good fit we would love to keep you around!
