This home is totally renovated and the rent includes a horse stall and corral leading to pasture of approximately 3 acres. The barn will begin construction on March 16th. The area of the home is in a tranquil, peaceful setting. If someone wants only the house without the barn stall and pasture for lower rent, I am willing to consider this request. While I wrote this home is available now, I am willing to have flexibility to the perspective renter on a date best for him/her. Renter responsible for all utilities. If there is a large animal involved such as a horse, insurance will be required for liability protection. I am open to any discussion or questions.
