Any unauthorized or unregistered vehicles or guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund and a complete ban from the booking channel. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. A late check-out fee of $100 applies for every additional hour beyond the check-out time. Early check-in is subject to approval and incurs a fee of $100 for every hour before the check-in time. No smoking on the premises with a violation fee of $750. Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging, with a violation fee of $250. Return any physical keys to the lockbox to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key. Set the AC to 80 degrees to avoid potential damage to the unit.
