It includes appliances, garage space (automatic opener), laundry hook up and additional storage available in a shared basement. (Rent price includes water, snow removal and lawn services.) If you are interested in seeing this apartment, we ask that you email Anne/Bill. We will send you a link of a video walk through of the house along with an application form. (There is no fee to apply.) If interested we simply ask that you complete the application and return it, or email us all the information that is asked for on the application. We will leave the posting up for a few days and then invite applicants to visit the property to view it in person based on their financial qualifications. The initial term of lease is for one year.
