There is room for an add-on garage, the garage is extra long. My Uncle built the sub-division and had us move there in time for a state-of-the art grade school Brentwood. The neighborhood is safe, pristine and the lots are all large enough for expansion. I grew up here, and when you're out in the yard it feels like an arboretum. All the neighbors' backyards are filled with flowers and trees and beautiful large lots. My favorite features are the safety, beauty , and variety of the well kept homes. The A/C has just been tuned up. Peaceful neighbors, no barking dogs. You never see children it's very quiet. Home has Alcoa 8" smooth white aluminum siding. One side of the home needs to be painted, but it hasn't been warm enough. I was able to paint the front aluminum side. The windows are 'triple track' aluminum storm windows.
