One room has a twin trundle bed with night table, all wood bureau as well as built in wall unit with 4 drawers and small folding table w/chair and a full size closet. It includes internet hook up and 31 inch TV with Roku. The other room is larger with a full size bed, 2 armoires, Power Faux Leather Recliner, additional small refrigerator and microwave, TV with Stand and cabinet - also includes internet with Roku. There are also 3 built in the wall drawer units containing 4 drawers each. Also a folding table with 2 chairs. The hallway includes a large closet, a Homfa Side board and Homfa Bamboo Shelf 7-Tier Tower Free Standing Storage Organizer Rack, Multifuntional Utility Shelf. Also there is a brand new All-in-One Kitchenette 3.2 cu. ft. Freestanding Mini Fridge with freezer. This unit comes fully featured with everything you need including a 2-burner cooktop, sink, storage cabinet. Its exterior is stainless steel on the kitchenette work surface and refrigerator doors. This unit includes a built-in 115V radiant cooktop with a rear 500W and front 900W coil element to accommodate a range of heating options. A cabinet with a removable shelf is located below the sink for dry storage. A dual evaporator system separately cools the auto defrost refrigerator section and manual defrost freezer compartment for improved overall performance. This model also includes an adjustable glass shelf, door storage, and a crisper. We are within easy driving distance to the Quabbin and other scenic, hiking areas. Because of the roof deck, size of the space, and stairs, this is not a good accommodation for young children. All utilities and garbage collection is included and is paid by landlord, also including Internet. Each room has a TV with Roku included. It is fully furnished and decorated, but decoration can be excluded as per Tenant request. The space is pet friendly for cats and small to medium size dogs. There is no smoking anywhere on the property. There are two off road parking spaces.
