You can see downtown from the back of the house, with a fantastic view of the skyline from the unfinished attic. From the back porch, you can also see Children's Hospital, which is the closest hospital. The commute is rather short to all major hospitals in the city. The house has been renovated over the years, with a full bathroom remodel. All kitchen appliances (including brand new dishwasher and refrigerator), kitchenware, and basic necessities available. Front and back door are key code enabled, so no need to use keys. Heating and cooling controlled by a Nest thermostat. Nearly the entire house is smart enabled, so you can connect Google or Amazon home applications and hubs. Pets allowed, but no large dogs. There is a very small grass yard in the back next to the driveway, and the front yard is a hill covered with ivy so no maintenance is required. During snowy months you should expect to clear the stairs and pathway of snow and ice with the shovel and salt provided. Trash and recycling bins are located under the back porch and the pick up is right next to the driveway, where the mailbox is. Off street parking spot for one car (up to mid-size SUV) right off of back porch. Driveway is in back alley, which is very safe and only steps from the door. Permit parking on surrounding streets for additional vehicle can be obtained through the city parking authority.
