We want to provide you with the necessary information regarding our lease agreement and our expectations for the upkeep of the property. As a responsible renter, you must pay for all utilities during your tenancy. With the owner's permission, we allow one cat OR one small dog to reside on the property; however, please note that there will be an additional $100 pet fee. Also, please provide a picture of your furry family member and their county license to ensure their vaccines are current. To ensure the safety and privacy of our tenants, we do not allow lease or sublease. Any attempt to sublease will be considered an immediate breach of the lease agreement. As part of the lease agreement, you must maintain the lawn and remove snow from the property. We ask that you refrain from smoking inside the house and only park in designated areas. We take pride in the quality of our appliances. All appliances are brand new except for the dishwasher and microwave. In addition, we permit the use of the basement as a storage or living space, provided it is kept organized and clean. Please note that the basement is unfinished. The first payment will include the first month's rent ($2,200) and the deposit ($3,000). Please provide your driver's license with your application and references.
