Our Eastlake/South Lake Union Apartment building is a three block walk to the shores of Lake Union. Our building is walking distance to many shops, small grocery stores and awesome restaurants in the South Lake Union neighborhood. There are also many sources of transportation to get to the business district quickly. This one bedroom, one bath unit has new, light-colored cabinetry and has vinyl plank flooring. This unit is on the main/first floor of the building. Coin-operated laundry facilities are also down the hallway on the main floor. We have FREE on-site parking. Water, sewer and garbage are also INCLUDED with the rental amount. We also have extra small storage areas available. We are a NO SMOKING / No PETS building. We ask for a one-year lease that goes to month-to-month after the first year. New tenants who have passed our credit policy put down a $1000 deposit to hold the apartment until they move in. We offer a one-year lease, and then go month to month after that initial year, giving tenants the flexibility to move out when they want.
The building is located 3 blocks away from the shores of Lake Union and is one block away from Eastlake Avenue East. Easy access to public transportation or just a short 1/2 mile walk to downtown Seattle.
