We ask for a one-year lease that goes to month-to-month after the first year. New tenants who have passed our credit policy put down a $1000 deposit to hold the apartment until they move in. Employers and landlord references will be contacted to verify income and past rental history. Monthly income needs to be a minimum of 3X the monthly rent. A current paycheck stub will be required if we are unable to contact employer or someone is self-employed. A minimum of 12 months of verifiable residence history from a third-party landlord required within the past two years from the date of application. We offer a one-year lease, and then go month to month after that initial year, giving tenants the flexibility to move out when they want. The building is located 3 blocks away from the shores of Lake Union and is one block away from Eastlake Avenue East. Easy access to public transportation or just a short 1/2 mile walk to downtown Seattle.
