This unit will be ready for move in on May 1st. It is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit. It has newer vinyl plank flooring and all major appliances. Water, sewer, garbage, and parking all INCLUDED with the monthly rental price. There is a coin-operated laundry facility in the building. This unit has an outdoor deck facing west with a partial view of downtown Seattle. The building is located three blocks from the shores of Lake Union and one block from Eastlake Avenue East. There are many shops, grocery stores, and restaurants within walking distance. There are also several transportation options into downtown Seattle. The South Lake Union area of businesses is 1/2 mile away and easy to walk to. After a credit and background check is completed and approved, renter signs a one-year lease and put down a $1000 deposit to hold the unit until they move in. When they move in, they pay rent on that day. We do not require last month's rent. We keep it simple. After the first year is completed on the lease, the rental agreement goes to a month-to-month agreement. This is a no-smoking, no pets building.
