This is a quiet suburb of the city of Pittsburgh located about 13 miles from downtown. Many new families to this area are younger and have children. The houses are slightly older than the other parts of Monroeville but are kept updated by the owners. Yards are neatly cared for. People are generally friendly. There are a few parks and play areas in this area to keep the kids busy. One of the only bad things about this area is the amount of traffic on the main road. Otherwise, this is a great place to settle into and live.
