The entire street is being repaved. The carpet in the family room has just been replaced with professionally installed tile to complement the fireplace brick. The refrigerator was just replaced with an upgrade. The ceilings have been repainted and wall painted using basic cottage colors. Old, damaged lawn trees have been removed and replaced with (eventually) evergreen screening, shade trees, small-growing ornamental trees, and a multitude of fruiting shrubs. Mixed lawn grasses have been replaced with very-low-maintenance Dutch White clover that could be over-seeded with grass if desired.
