Garbage and Recycling Garbage must be disposed of properly and placed in designated bins. Pickup days are EVERY THURSDAY and bins must be brought in promptly. 6. Parking No parking on lawns or unauthorized areas. 7. Pets Pets are allowed with approval. All pets must be disclosed, approved, and may require an additional deposit. Pet waste must be cleaned immediately and kept off neighbors' property. 8. Smoking and Substances Smoking is strictly prohibited and is only allowed in designated areas (off the property).
