Trash and Recycling Pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays The majority of the garage has been converted into the 4th bedroom, but there is a small storage space available for storage Security & Privacy: A security camera and motion-sensor light above the garage door for your safety (audio/video recordings outside only) MINUT noise meter inside to ensure a peaceful environment, but there is NO audio recording inside NO cameras or recording devices are inside the home to respect your privacy About the Space: Each of the four bedrooms has been carefully designed for comfort and privacy, each featuring memory foam mattresses and smart TVs in each room. Perfect for anyone who needs a comfortable and convenient space to stay for extended periods that feels like home. Checkout Unlike other hosts, our checkout instructions are minimal so you can enjoy your time away. All we ask is that you put used towels in the tubs and sink and generally tidy up. That's it! Please note: The bed frames are lower than many bed frames are, so you will sleep close to the floor. If you have any questions before booking please let us know, thank you! Guest access You will be provided a temporary code to access the front door for the duration of your stay. The beautiful backyard with the patio deck is accessible through the kitchen door or the side wooden fence next to the "garage" door. Please do not attempt to enter either the attic or the cleaner's closet in the hallway which also has a digital keypad lock. Other Items to note Trash and Recycling Trash pickup occurs twice each week, Tuesday morning and Friday morning. Please take the trash bins located at the end of the driveway out Monday and Thursday evenings to ensure trash buildup doesn't occur during your stay. Garage space The garage has been converted into the fourth bedroom with the laundry room, so there is no garage parking. However, storage space is available in the remaining garage section, perfect for luggage and other large items you might be traveling with. Maintenance Landscaping comes once every two weeks. They will mow and trim the lawn and should take no more than 30 min. and will not intend to disturb your stay. Pest Control Routine sprays occur once every three months. By staying you agree to the understanding that this region has a lot of pests and we can't control every single one. However, if a pest is on the property, please message us and we will contact the pest control team to deal with the matter as soon as possible. The owner pays for all utilities, maintenance, and landscaping. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets, parties, and events of any kind are not allowed. If a party or event takes place it will result in an immediate cancellation of the lease and eviction from the property with no refunds. Tenant(s) is (are) responsible to pay for repairs for any damage they cause.
