Hello! I have for rent a studio apartment in a newly built house in Winston-Salem, off of Peacehaven Rd., close to Clemmons and 421, in an established, quiet and safe neighborhood. It has a separate entrance, its own bathroom, closet, and kitchenette. The door to the laundry can be locked if desired; the laundry room is shared with the owner's side of the house. All utilties are included: wifi, electricity, and water/sewer (AC and heat are both electric.). There are granite counter tops in the kitchenette and bathroom, and hickory wood floors, with porcelain tile in the bathroom. Please let me know if you would like to come see it! I require a background check and refundable deposit of $800. No smoking allowed. Month-to-month lease, but prefer longer stays. Pet deposit is fully refundable based on condition of studio upon move-out. Landlord pays for all maintenance, including pest control and landscaping maintenance.
