This is really an incredible mini farm that is just what so many people are looking for. Great area very well kept up. Three ponds, neat older red wood barn, utility storage barn and a great very clean and nice 30x40 metal barn with very large doors, which make it perfect for storing your RV, boat or any toys. There is about 45+/- acres of good pasture and 15+/- acres of good hard wood forest all of which is beautiful and great for wildlife. Farm is about 15 minutes from Farmington with its many stores and restaurants. This is a very clean farm and the sunroom overlooking one of the ponds is just the perfect place to spend hours. We really liked this place, and the price is right.
