very nice and freindly neighborhood, 2-minute drive to the beach and to the redondo beach esplanade, new floor mounted washer drawer in side garage, garage for 1-car-, new kitchen, new central air conditioning and heater. patio area , shoping center with ralphs market and many stores less than 1/4 mile away. parking in front garage driveway,and ther is allott of parking spaces on the street and side streets and the streets are wide and parking always available. also going south away from the large shoping center ther is a smaller shoping center with a salon,a barber shop ,a gym anda restuarnt/bar 5 min walk . Thank you. i am very easy to deal with , just want to have someone responsible utilities will be paid by tenant small pets allowed, please if you do have a small pet clean up the yard if and when they go to the bathroom,but its a buatifull neighborhood to take walks thers parking in the drivway and along the hole street there is parking its a very wide street. trash is on tuesdays . the beach is about a 2 minute drive to the redondo beach esplanade ,which is in front of the ocean and ther is mans butiqes,stores ,salons, and many resturaunts and bars, perfect to jogg or bike to the ocean if wanted .the pictures of the outside did not attach call to come by and see,looking for a tenant , will be ready to move in on january 1,2023 if anyone decides to move in by the 1st of january i will give $500 discount off the deposit thank you.
