Great "Norman Rockwell" neighborhood, Spacious remodeled 1905 home. Private back yard. Huge, 750 sq ft, upstairs master suite (2-story home) with 11' ceiling and 2 gables. Memory foam mattress in Master Suite. Casper memory foam queen bed in front downstairs bdrm. Nice 2nd downstairs bedroom with queen spring futon, wood/cork flooring downstairs. Living room, parlor, dining room and kitchen with open floor plan. Fully equipped kitchen, spices, sauces, coffee, espresso machine, digital toaster oven, 2 ovens, gas range, microwave, and small island. New refrigerator, new tank-less water heater, new dishwasher. Small yard, new flagstone patio, flower garden with patio furniture, gas BBQ, sitting front porch, WIFI. 55" smart TV in parlor for streaming, 40" dumb TV in master suite. Stereo downstairs. Viewable flame gas free-standing Lopi stove for heat downstairs. Garage is for owner's use. There are a lot of indoor plants. We ask renters to water plants. This provides additional privacy (versus us coming in to water). Rent includes utilities and WiFi. Pets require pre-approval (via text or email). A smaller dog (versus Newfoundland or Great Dane) may be OK after discussion and with pre-approval. NO SMOKING. We mean it. Don't smoke - anything. It's stinky; it's a fire hazard. There is an automatic $250 charge for any evidence of smoking on the property. Let me repeat NO SMOKING. NOTE: This is a normal 2-storey home with stairs at entry and for upstairs master suite. No special accommodations have been made for any age group or needs. Rate includes utilities and internet/WIFI (400mbps/1TB per month). Fees/Deposit Required: Security deposit - $1000-$1500 (depending on length of stay) Cleaning fee - $175 Last Month's Rent. Viable income and employment. Meet pet policy - (pet must be pre-approved by me, limit one with rare exceptions). No puppies. Cat - generally not. Meet vehicle limit policy. Deposit and rent required before occupancy. Funds must be available at time presented. Must be OK with entry steps and stairs to upstairs. Must accept that the home is not "childproofed". Must have confirmed good credit (720+). Be willing and able to water indoor plants. No garage access for tenants. No Bicycles on wood floors Accept responsibility to leave furniture as found and electronics set up as found on arrival. Only person on rental agreement to stay and sleep on premises.
