If sub-leasing, you would have the option of renewing the lease with our landlord to begin on July 1st, but her ongoing monthly rent is $2,195. 2 bed/1 bath apartment, 944 square feet. This unit is part of a tri-plex and lives like a house more than an apartment unit. Private tree-covered patio that is for this unit's use only. Wooden floors throughout except in the bathroom (tile in the bathroom). Living room and dining area has many windows for natural-lighting, and there is a skylight in the bathroom. Generously sized bedrooms and ample storage closets; there is also a private storage unit in the laundry room for each apartment. Laundry is free, but it is shared amongst all 3 units. This unit comes with one covered parking spot at the house, and there is plenty of street parking for additional cars. The neighbors are quiet, and currently the bottom unit is unoccupied. No smoking, no pets. $50 application fee per tenant. Water/sewage/gas is split evenly between the units based on number of occupants; tenant pays for electricity.
