The house is located behind a larger front house, adding another layer of privacy from the street. The backyard and garden wrap around the house creating a secluded sanctuary where one can soak up the sun in solitude. There is also a deck, patio furniture and a barbecue. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet with many families. There are 3 other students living in the home. There is a shared driveway that can be utilized for free by tenant, as well as plenty of street parking with a city permit. We are a 3 minute walk to a bus stop on Telegraph, 7 minute walk to Willard Park, a 15 minute walk to the Ashby Bart Station, and a 10 minute walk to Berkeley Bowl on Shattuck.
