The town home is very close to the eclectic neighborhood of Montvilla, (our favorite) of the many unique neighborhoods which make Portland unique. Montavilla was recently ranked by Tripadvisor as of the US's Top 10 "Coolest Neighborhoods." Great Restaurants, Brewpubs, Food Carts and fantastic shopping, as well as wonderful Sunday Farmers Market make this town home a great place to reside. Also, just a 10-minute drive east is the much larger Hawthorne neighborhood one of Portland's favorites, with such diversity of restaurants, and unique shops, Powell's Books, as well as historic Bagdad Theater, and wonderful thrift shops.
Getting around:
Excellent access around town. This townhome is only 2-minute drive to access interstate I-205 via SE Division, to travel north to PDX Airport and NE Portland, or to connect quickly west to I-84 downtown to Columbia River Gorge Traveling south easily takes you to Oregon City and SE Portland.
