Greetings! I am renting out my home to responsible tenants. This home has been well maintained and loved. With four bedrooms and three full baths over 4 levels, it is a great place to spread out and enjoy one of the best neighborhoods in Louisville! On the main level is the kitchen/dining area, which features a gas stove (will switch to electric on request) and opens onto a beautiful, bi-level redwood deck that runs the length of the home. When you are on the deck, you will be able to enjoy adjoining natural open space with great trails leading to a small park. If you are a bird watcher, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy our feathered friends, especially if you provide them with food and water. There is also a living room (or dining room?) on this level. On the next level down, there is a family room which features a wood-burning fireplace to cozy up in front of on chilly, snowy evenings and another sliding door onto the deck. The lowest level has a bedroom with an ensuite full bath and a small walkout patio. The unfinished laundry room with front-loading washer/dryer are also on this level. There is a large storage/crawl space attached to this bedroom. The upper-most level contains three bedrooms and two baths. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and an ensuite full bath. This home also has roof-top solar panels installed! Additionally, I have installed a 220 outlet to charge your EV in my garage. So, with solar panels, you can charge your car for free! A new heat pump is scheduled for installation in May, 2024. This is truly a lovely neighborhood with many planned group activities spread throughout the year. There are a lot of families with children of various ages, along with those that moved in when I did, who are getting into retirement age and enjoying their grandchildren. We are in Coal Creek Elementary, Louisville Middle, and Monarch High School boundaries. Centaurus is about 3 miles down the road. There are walking/running trails that are in back of the property. I consider myself a good, fair, and responsive landlord. I do expect the tenants that I choose to live in my home (which I'm coming back to SOME DAY) to take care of the house like it is their own. You will be responsible for taking care of the lawn/gardens and paying all utilities. There is an antique bed in one of the upper bedrooms that I prefer stay in the house, and in the lower bedroom, a desk armor will remain in place. The lease is for one year with possible option to renew. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in or outside of the house by residents. Dogs are negotiable and only allowed with additional rent, deposit, and screening. This is a quiet neighborhood, not one where parties will be allowed or tolerated. The house will be available on approximately July 1, 2024. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out. I will do background checks on all and ask that you fill out the Zillow Application. Cleaning and damage deposit will be returned if house is left in the same condition as move in. I will hold open house tours on Saturday, May 18th and Sunday May 19th from 11:00am - 2:00pm both days. In consideration of current renters, I am unable to show the house before then.
No smoking - in or out! Tenant pays utilities and maintains outdoor areas.
May consider pet on individual basis with additional rent and non refundable deposit.
