It is conveniently located 5 blocks from Ashby Bart, many bus lines, Berkeley Bowl is a 5-minute walk, Whole Foods two blocks away, and a very cute little park just across the street. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, large backyard (shared with other units in the building), and an office that can be used as an additional bedroom for children (there is a daybed that would likely be too small for an adult).
