As a result we have adjusted our rates to allow for this inconvenience. Each unit will be without access to their balcony for one 3-5 day period during this renovation. Hosteeva does not charge resort or processing fees like many other rental companies and resorts do! Additional info: March available at $1950 -Rental includes cleaning and fresh linens twice monthly -Weekly cleaning and linens is an additional $80 a month -Unit will be stocked with paper towel, toilet paper, bathroom amenities only for the check in. The renter will be responsible for these items during their stay. -Prices include basic cable, internet, water and a monthly $75 allowance for Electric. Anything over $75 will be billed to you and is payable within 5 days of receipt.
