Master bedroom and master bath is also located on the lower level/basement. Master bedroom has a walk in closet and an egress window. Master bedroom also has extra storage behind a mirror door which is hidden. Storage closet under the stairs as well. All the walls in the upper level and the loft are knotty pine. The lower level/basement is drywall. Home is rented partially furnished meaning log cabin style night stands & behind the couch log cabin table. Animal hides on the walls along with moose mount to stay on the wall. Mirror in the master bedroom that covers the fuse box will also stay. Wooden "Welcome Bear" will also stay in flower bed in front of the house. Some items that are cabin style will stay on the walls as well. Hello, there is no smoking allowed in home (Thank You in advance), renter is responsible for gas & consumers. Lease is a 12 month lease, after the 12 months the lease will be month to month and rent will be raised by $50. Lawn maintenance is the renters responsibility along with winter snow removal. Renter is responsible for keeping the water softener full of salt along with replacing the filters for the softener & the RO water system. There are washer & drier hookups, these are not furnished so you will need to bring your own. Small dogs are an extra $25 a month, Medium/Large dogs are an extra $50 a month for each dog. Owner of the home will cover the sewer bill. Only those on the lease will be allowed to live in the home, if someone other than who is on the lease moves in renter must let the landlord know asap. Each additional person is $100 a month added to rent with a total of only 6 people allowed to live in the home. Rent is due on the 1st of the month, rent is late if paid after the 5th and a $100 fine will be added. We do require that our renters have renters insurance. Proof of renters insurance is required at the signing of the lease.
