Hi there! I am right across the street, with an unobstructed view of the GOLF COURSE in one of the most popular neighborhoods in all of St. Petersburg, Lakewood Estates! I am so grateful to have had amazing owners, taking such great care of me over the years, with a HUGE kitchen (one of the largest in the neighborhood) with granite countertops and upgraded bathrooms, a 3 year old roof, a new A/C, and even a fully enclosed sunroom w/ climate control! It's a shame my family has to move on in a new city. Some of my favorite memories are when they would always talk about the fun times they had right across the street at St. Petersburg Golf and Country Club, with tennis courts, a great restaurant, the golf course (of course!), a pool, and even a tiki bar! Nature is so close with Lake Maggiore/Boyd Hill Nature Preserve being a great fishing spot, along with having a splash park/playground, views of the lake, kayaking, and various trails with all sorts of wildlife to greet you! Another great thing about me is how large my backyard is, with plenty of room for entertaining, a shed with a lot of extra storage space, and a peaceful pergola that's tiled and ready for relaxing after a long day. There's so many other things that make me special, including how close I am to USF, Eckerd College, St. Petersburg Beach, and local restaurants. From shopping, to nature, to golfing, some say I truly have it all! I'm excited to meet you soon!
