Heating and cooling are included in the gas and electric. The apartment has wiring for cable TV installation. The bedroom and living room are carpeted and there's vinyl tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has ample storage space with shelves, drawers, cabinets, and a pantry. The images are of the apartment before cleaning and painting for the new tenant. Contact me to have a viewing before April 1st. The apartment will be move-in ready on April 1st. The lease is for 1 year and is renewable as long as there have been no violations. The owner reserves the right not to renew the lease. Utilities are included.
