There is a 60-day notice required for moving out before the lease term is completed. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. This a very quiet residence so if you have loud audio or video equipment you won't qualify for the lease. Large parties are not allowed. Smoking is allowed on the deck. Smoking in the apartment will incur an $800 cleaning fee and be grounds for lease termination. No one but the name of the person on the lease may receive mail at the apartment. One cat is allowed with a one-time pet fee. Tenants are required to take care of their own personal maintenance such as a clogged toilet or drain.
