Our bright and comfortable home is located in a beautiful small town that is only a 15 minute drive (when no traffic) from San Francisco. There is also a bus a block away (AC transit P line) that takes you right into SF (weekday mornings only) or buses that take you to BART which get you to SF in about 30 minutes as well. The house is located on a corner, meaning there is a ton of light. We have a large garden, and a patio off the kitchen, as well as a front porch. You can eat outside at the patio table, lounge in the steamer chairs, and take walks to gorgeous local parks. You are never far from the great outdoors in this house! Upstairs is a master bedroom with a Queen bed, TV (with cable) and a comfortable chair for reading. The other upstairs bedroom is ideal for a child to stay with a twin bed, and room for a mattress on the floor if needed. These bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom with combination tub/shower and laundry facilities. Downstairs is a very large bedroom (double bed) with its own bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and entrance from outside. The kitchen is very large and bright and has comfortable bench seating around a table that can seat 4-5. We are avid cooks so there is everything you need to cook and enjoy fabulous meals. The large, bright dining room seats 6 comfortably, and you can expand the table to fit even more. The living room is very large and has a fireplace, TV (with cable, DVD, internet), and large sectional sofa. Tenant pays for all utilities ( 1 year lease only)
