Per city ordinance, this is a 30-day minimum vacation rental. An adorable and fully furnished beach cottage in charming Shell Beach. A half a block from the beach, walking distance to quaint shops and restaurants. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One full bathroom with an additional private shower outside to wash off the sand. Enclosed backyard, fully enclosed deck with bistro table and comfortable couch set. Secure storage shed in backyard, includes two beach cruisers to ride to explore the dreamy neighborhood. All utilities included, including WiFi. Monthly vacation rental (required by ordinance), fully furnished and equipped. This is a smoke-free property (inside and outside). There is a $250 cleaning fee, in addition to the monthly rent and refundable security deposit. A well-behaved dog will be considered, sorry no cats due to allergies. Showings are only available when property is vacant. Please do not disturb occupants.
